Dry Creek Valley, Sonoma Valley, Lake County & Napa Valley Winemaker’s Notes This wine is ripe and ready to please with deep flavors of blackberry and plum that ride along on the wine’s luscious texture, which fills the mouth and washes over the palate. Following the fruit, are slight notes of toasted oak, violets, nutmeg and just a tiny hint of vanilla.  19.50

2012 Cabernet Sauvignon – Dry Creek Valley “Histoire” Forth Vineyards  19.50
The 2012 harvest gifted us with near-perfect grapes bursting with flavor and tannins. As this wine is poured it delivers big, round aromas and flavors of black currants and dark cherry, toasty oak and cedar, wood smoke on the autumn air, and that wonderful hint of vineyard dust that makes us love Dry Creek Valley wines. Delightful now, but will be at its best between 2015 and 2020.                                                                                                                   No corkage fee with dinner at Bistro 39.
